Squash is such an amazing and truly exhilarating sport and is played by millions of people from all over the world.
It is one of the quickest ways to get yourself super fit in a very short period of time and it is one of the greatest tests of your strength, agility, power, speed, balance, flexibility and will to win!

I have been playing Squash for many years and have had some memorable tournament wins (over 70 trophies - Winners and Runner up) against Elite level squash players.
I remember those poignant days where I would play 2 x 64 draw squash tournaments every month competing in up to 6 gruelling matches all on 1 day from the 1st round all the way to the final and building wonderful memories along the way - They were fun times!
However, I am now focussed on passing on my knowledge, experience and expertise at playing at a high level to my darling kids and to help them prosper in the sport they love dearly.

I also compete on the Masters tournament circuit all over the UK and my objective is to play Squash for England in the Masters age categories (along with competing in occasional Racketball tournaments) and I hope to fulfill my England Squash ambition soon...

THE MOST AMAZING TRIP TO THE SERIES FINALS IN DUBAI

where we watched the very best players in the world compete.

It is also where we had the privilege of seeing the England World champion
NICK MATTHEW hit his last ever squash ball and retire from the Pro circuit and leave behind a geat legacy. He received an incredible 15 minute standing ovation that was really well deserved and emotional...
